Hillary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the CHEK institute, ACE plus certified nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition. In her pursuit of excellence, Hillary has continued her education, diving into the realms of ELDOA and myofascial stretching, drawing inspiration from the works of Guy Voyer.

Education and Teaching
Jason began his journey by graduating from Montana State University with a degree in Health Enhancement Education. The initial plan was to be a physical education teacher, promoting lifelong fitness to children.
