I am a 46 -year old professional woman who came to Hillary after years of constant nagging back and hip pain, along with associated headaches, that kept me from maintaining any level of physical activity. Hillary developed a personalized plan for me that focused on increasing my flexibility and core strength. I never experience any injury or aggravating soreness during my 12 -session plan (a first for me) and I’ve almost doubled my flexibility and greatly increased my strength.
I’ve also thrown away the Advil! I was so happy with the results of my first sessions that I signed up for more. I literally have never felt stronger and more physically fit.
