So the new program got off to a bit of a rocky start last month.  A few days before Christmas I did something that my knee wasn't happy about and it blew up pretty good for about 10 days.  I don't think it was anything serious just a combination of probably doing one too many things in my workout and then going home and doing things around the house when it needed a little more rest.   It seems to have calmed back down and I'm back upon the horse as it were.  My lovely wife suggested I do more bike for a while than walk/jog and I think that's a good idea.  In general I'll stick with the body weight/primal movement patterns for January as it also goes well with…
