Personal Training @ Infinity Fitness

Since our studio is dedicated to personal training only, this allows us to focus on each one of our clients goals without distraction. 

On your first session with your trainer you will go through an extensive evaluation and goals assessment. Then we move on to your tailored program.

Each session builds on the last by focusing on what matters most to you. Whether is it weight loss, strength building or improving your golf game.

All of our sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes in length. We mostly do 1-on-1 training but also offer small group training for 2-3 people for those you wanting to work out with a friend, spouse or co-worker.
