A 6 WEEK HABITS BASED NUTRITION CHALLENGE STARTS FEB 15th
This 6 week course is not one focused on fad diets or hard to count calories but rather on healthy habits. We have found over the past 20 years of personal training that we know what habits we need to do but have a hard time adding them into our daily routines.
During this 6 week online nutrition challenge you will have support from your two coaches, Hillary and Jason. Both certified Nutrition coaches through Precision Nutrition will help you navigate a new healthy habit each week. Six habits are highlighted, one for each week. Each habit has been proven to help with weight loss and health.
We start off each week with a module highlighting a specific healthy habit. These modules will be available throughout the 6 week challenge so you can refer back to them as much as you want. At the same time you will be given a worksheet to work on. These worksheets will help you to start implementing the given habit as well as identify any roadblocks you may have.
Each day emails will be sent to you encouraging you on your habit of the week. They will also include other healthy tips, recipes, and exercise ideas.
We end the week with a group coaching call. These will include your fellow Habitual Fixers and will review the habit for the given week, give a preview for the one to come and answer any questions you may have.

By the end of the six weeks you will have the tools to continue focusing on these healthy habits and hopefully work on implementing them in the coming months. Our goal is to educate you for the long term not just for the six week.
