The Habitual Fix Challenge
What is Habitual Fix?
During this 6 week course we focus on incorporating healthy habits into our daily life instead of quick fixes and calorie counting. We have found over the past 20 years of personal training that we know what habits we need to do but have a hard time adding them into our daily routines.
This 6 week online nutrition challenge you will have support from your two coaches, Hillary and Jason. Both certified Nutrition coaches through Precision Nutrition will help you navigate a new healthy habit each week. Six habits are highlighted, one for each week. Each habit has been proven to help with weight loss and health.
What's included with Habitual Fix?
Every Sunday you will receive your module for the week. In the module we explore why you want to include the habit and ways to start. Included with the module are your weekly worksheets and tips to get started. Topics we cover are meal planning, sleep, incorporating vegetables, sugar reduction and much more!
Every day in that week you will receive an email to help with motivation for the given habit. They will also include other healthy tips, recipes, and exercise ideas.
We end the week with a group coaching call. These will include your fellow Habitual Fixers and will review the habit for the given week, give a preview for the one to come and answer any questions you may have.
All of the videos, articles, emails and handouts are for you to keep and refer back to. We don’t expect anyone to do every habit perfectly but rather learn how to start working towards adding them into your life long term.

By the end of the six weeks you will have the tools to continue focusing on these healthy habits and hopefully work on implementing them in the coming months. Our goal is to educate you for the long term not just for the six week.
